Long term hiring for a friends company (Asp.net developer) 10 year experience (5 days per week, 8 hours per day)
Im looking to hire someone for my friends company in shanghai (remote working through internet) who has 10~15 years of experience in .net development, especially website development and asp.net.
Here is his requirements:
1. Computer related professional background;
2. Winform C/S and B/S structure development experience is preferred;
3. Familiar with .NET platform development technology, proficient in C#, proficient in using JS, CSS, HTML, and familiar with the use of Dev controls (experience in dev control projects is preferred);
4. Familiar with SQL Server, proficient in writing SQL statements and stored procedures, etc.;
5. Familiar with common security vulnerabilities and avoidance methods in system development;
6. Experience in large-scale system architecture development, system optimization experience in high concurrency and high load environments;
7. Have strong analysis, judgment, logical thinking skills, and good communication skills;
8. Like to study some new technologies, have the ability to think independently and solve problems independently;
9. If you have a demonstrated work history with lots of projects, that would be a huge plus.
