Profile

Looking for a Senior Executive Assistant

that can handle administrative duties for a top tier individual

in the firm. This position is full time, located in NYC.

You must have 15 years prior experience

as an executive assistant and you must be able to handle a high pressure, fast paced, work environment.

You will be working for someone that has a lot of responsibilities, and your job will of course be to be this individual’s right arm, in order to alleviate the work load of his position. You must be able to handle different/difficult personalities, and you must have a flexible schedule. Other responsibilities will include:

-Relieving senior management of administrative details.

-Gathering, compiling, and reporting information relevant to/for the executive.

-Reading, screening, refers and responds to incoming mail, ensuring that references are made, responses are gathered and summarized.

-Typically manages different and conflicting objectives, projects, and activities at once.

-Coordinates schedules for corporate level executives.

-Act as a liaison to outside groups coordinating events where the executive is a corporate chair, director, or committee member.

-Communicates with executive and line management to gather/convey relevant information.

-Must have advanced experience in excel, word, PowerPoint, and overall Microsoft office suite.

-Must have experience navigating across a matrixed environment to get information, proven input, or to integrate work as needed.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Strong understanding and navigation of information systems

-Experience working in a team environment

-Extremely organized, with proven prioritization and multi-tasking abilities.

-Meticulous attention to detail and high standard for date integrity and quality work

-Strong organizational skills, effective time management and prioritization

-Effectively leverage resources available

-Comfortable handling access to confidential records and conform with associate privacy and corporate information security guidelines

-Ability to work independently; a self-starter

Other qualifications include:

-Judgment/tact/diplomacy skills- has experience handling confidential matters in a highly professional manner

-Maintains an organized approach to managing daily activities, is able to juggle multiple demands efficiently and productively

-Flexibility and adaptability-enjoys the challenges of change and supports a dynamic management team by shifting priorities and dealing with ambiguity

-Thoroughness and Accuracy- Delivers high quality work and can depended upon to produce error-free work

-Teamwork-must foster collaboration and trust among team members and business partners. Ability to quickly leverage new technology tools, and a demonstrated understanding of current technology to effectively support business partners.
