.NET Development Lead

Profile

Millennium Consulting is currently interviewing .NET Developers/Leads who have kept current with their development skills and are able to offer quality solutions to daily development changes. This role will involve 40% .NET and SQL Development, and the remaining 60% will involve resource management.
The successful candidate will be a good developer with strong time and project management skills looking to move into managing. You will work directly with Product Management to understand and map business needs to technical solutions. This will include assessing existing applications and recommend approaches for modernization, document and present solutions to Product Managers and Project Managers, and collaborate with the software developers to implement solutions.
You will be required to evaluate, adopt and work with new technologies and 3rd party tools in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills:
.NET Frameworks: C# and WCF
IIS and ASP.NET (MVC 3 preferred)
Visual Studio TFS Source Control System
SQL Server
Any of the following is a plus:
SOA
Software quality and testing procedures
Project estimates, planning and deliverable experience
An understanding of the eDiscovery process
