We are focused on finding smart, creative developers with
all levels of .NET experience
, but also brave enough to venture into the not-so-corporate technologies. We want professional, honest, and hardworking individuals that are able to fit within our team. Some of the skills we are looking for include • ASP.NET (WebForms or MVC)
• C# (.NET Framework 2/3.5/4)
• JavaScript (jQuery)
• VB.NET (.NET Framework 2/3.5/4)
• MS SQL Server 2005
• Version Control (TFS/Git/SVN)
What kind of things do we do each day?
• Given a set of specifications, ask questions or start writing code.
• Participate in our Agile methodology by discussing project strategy and direction.
• Discuss ideas with entrepreneurial-minded and corporate clients, both potential and current.
• Work on existing libraries for our teams to use, or create a new one to fill a void.
• Write code for a use case and move it through all phases of coding, testing, and deployment.
• Find a problem, recommend a solution, and provide the fix for bugs or performance bottlenecks.
• Upgrade an open source tool to the latest version.
• Refactor code to use the latest version of a third party or open source library.
• Make an effort to spend time with colleagues about anything geek.
