Every day, our 22,000 employees u201cDo The Canu2019t Be Doneu201d, solving the most daunting challenges facing our customers. nPeratonu2019s National Programs Business Intelligence Systems & Applications Operating Unit has a need for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to support its SITE III BES contract charged with the orchestration, sustainment, and evolution of a portfolio of applications that focus on the business functions (Acquisition, Training, Security, Human Resources) which facilitate critical administrative services across the Defense Intelligence Agencyu2019s entire global workforce.  The SITE III BES contract is designed to establish and ensure a multi-discipline approach to requirements engineering, solutions engineering, scheduling, reliability, resiliency, services development, integration, test and evaluation, maintainability and analysis across the supported agency directorates and branches.  Our support team applies best practices in architecture design, data science, cloud services, DevSecOps and platform integration to develop, sustain and continually evolve the enterprise business systems environment, systems integration and back-end business process workflows.n nThe successful candidate will:nn Design business processes and integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications and other applications n Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflowsn Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy business solutions and software applications within the Microsoft D365 stack including Azure DevOps, SQL Server, Azure Cloud, Power Platform, SharePoint, JavaScript, SSIS, etc.n Work with business analysts and application users to design robust user-friendly solutionsn Provide technical support for trouble tickets that need developer assistancennQualificationsnBS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5n nRequired Skills:n nn Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) discipline; Additional work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.n 3 years of designing, developing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting CRM applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365n Strong understanding of the core D365 CRM modules with functional knowledge of the entire product suiten Hold MS Dynamics CRM 365 certificationn Experience with writing and troubleshooting Dynamics 365 plug-ins n Experience with Power Apps development: Canvas and model driven apps. Knowledge/experience of Power n Experience with .Net frameworks and development experiencen Experience with MS Dynamic CRM 365 Stack (Azure DevOps, SQL Server, Azure Cloud, Power Platform, SharePoint, JavaScript, SSIS, etcn Active TS/SCI clearance adjudication and ability to pass a polynnDesired Skills:nn Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Integration and Integration Tools n Familiar with design and development of plugins, custom workflows, power apps, Power Automate, canvas/model apps, PCF controls, Azure functions, Logic Apps.n Familiar with experience on Dynamics 365 Architecture and Business Processesn Experience in upgrading CRM Dynamics to a major release versionn Strong interpersonal skills and be a strong team playern Effectively communicate with client leadership and stakeholdersnnPeraton OverviewnPeraton drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
