The Senior Build and Release Analyst will work with clients, project managers and development teams to coordinate changes from the test environment through UAT to production. This role will also guide the development team to follow agile practices (Scrum, Kanban).\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003eOversee the management of day-to-day aspects of the integration and flow of development, testing, deployment, and support of these systems from development to production.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eUse agile methodologies to plan, coordinate and lead deployments of major application releases\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCreate, review, publish and manage release plans, formal release notification, deployment instructions and release notes, including implementation plans.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eEscalate critical issues/risks to program managers and management.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eIdentify, create and/or implement processes or products to efficiently manage and enhance the release processes, using a combination of processes, existing tools and enhancements.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eEnsure organizational change control process (CCRs) are in place and adhered to.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eOpen service and change request for deployments.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eLead deployment planning meetings. Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams (development and infrastructure), facilitate planning and priority discussions and document.\u003c/li\u003e
