We are seeking an outstanding technical resource with leadership abilities for a full time position with a prestigious organization. This organization has a growing IT team and is looking for a well-rounded .Net architect/developer who can lead their CRM implementation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills and the ability to work with end users, business clients and technical resources.
This organization has excellent benefits. The salary range is $85K - $115K depending on experience.
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer-related field.
• 6 Years of experience with Microsoft .Net technologies: VB.Net or C#.Net
• 6 Years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• 5 Years of experience with Sql Server Reporting Services
• 4 Years of SQL Server Analysis services including data warehouse development and deployment.
• 4 years of experience with ASP.Net.
• Experience with Visual Studio 2008, 2010 and 2012.
• Proficiency with configuration and troubleshooting of IIS 7 based applications.
• Ability to lead and mentor a technical software team.
• Project management skills in planning, coordinating and communicating with internal and external vendors and partners.
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
Desired:
• Familiarity with Blackbaud CRM software is a plus.
• Experience with automated Unit Testing preferred
• Experience with Build Automation through Team Foundation Server or an equivalent automation tool preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile/Iterative Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC) methodologies preferred.
