You’ll be a leader and a mentor! You’ll provide technical mentorship to your peers and junior developers by facilitating design and code reviews. We’re a successful and innovative company that’s starting something new in the Charleston, SC area.nHigh-Level Overview of the Technical LeadDeveloper role:n– Communication is key and you’ll be responsible for communicating with your peers, junior developers and management.n– Sets standards and styles along with feedback from other team membersn– Ability to oversee other developers and ensure they are meeting development standards, coding standards and are responsible stewards to the agreed upon development lifecycle.n– Interface with other facets of the business such as sales, account representatives, and business analystsn– Be able to create scalable solutions from loose requirements and low fidelity mockupsn– Document the application via process flowsn– Understand system architecture to help create scalable, maintainable, and flexible web based applicationsn– Provide technical support and subject matter expertisenPosition Requirements/Technical Skills (CCC/Vendor)nRequirements of Technical LeadDeveloper:n– Technical expertise in .NET C#, T-SQL, SOA, VSTS, TFS, MVC, MVVM, HTML/CSS/Anglar/JavaScript, SQL Server, Hosting applications using the Azure or EC2, and creating web based solutionsn– Able to understand and articulate pattern usagen– 5 Years of technical lead, architecture, and design experiencen– Experience in leading teams of 3 or more junior developersn– You love to mentor and watch people learnn– You have empathy for your usersn– 7 years of experience in the design and development of solutionsn– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experiencen– Experience with database design, concepts, and programmingn– Strong troubleshooting experiencen– Experience with QA methodologiesn– Experience with web services, web design, and web technologies (Angular/REST/XML/SOAP)n– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye toward simple is betternCompany Overview (CCC Only)nComputer Aid, Inc.
