.Net / C Developer 3-6 month project

Profile

We are looking for an experienced .Net / C# Application Developer for a 3 * 6 month project in the Chicago area (western suburbs) area. The position of .Net / C# Developer is primarily responsible for developing scalable and reliable C# and NET web-based applications. Ideal candidates should have experience building production, web based applications.
The individual in this position will be working with a team to convert several existing web sites from a legacy system to SAP. Development includes coding of calls to SAP web services, developing a new service layer and modifying web sites to call the service layer. This position is onsite and 80 % heads down coding.
Qualified Candidates will possess:
* 5 years of .Net web application development experience
* 4-6 years SQL Server 2000/2005/2008 experience, along with SQL stored procedures
* Production support experience with .NET framework, including C#, ADO.NET and ASP.NET
* Advanced knowledge and experience in HTML and DHTML, and JavaScript
* Practical experience in Agile development methodologies
* Ability to work both in a collaborative team environment and independently
* Proficient verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with WCF, Microsoft IIS 6.0/7.0, and Visual Studio 2008, 2010
* Self-managing, in a fast paced development environment
* Bachelor*s in Information Systems or equivalent required
